Online Payment by Credit Card or Paypal Account
Please read the following steps before going to the form.
New & Renewal Memberships
1. Near the bottom of the form are links that will take you to our payment gateway via PayPal where you can
pay by credit card or through your Paypal account. Select the appropriate link for a "NEW MEMBERSHIP" or to "RENEW
MEMBERSHIP." DO THIS FIRST.
2. After you have made your payment via the Paypal link, RETURN to this form, then fill out all the information
and select "SUBMIT."
If you do not follow steps 1 and 2 in order, you will either waste time filling out the form twice or the PayPal selection
will not send us your information.

To pay by check or cash to a club officer, fill out the form and leave a message indicating the type of payment
and who you gave your payment to or let us know that you are mailing your payment to the club's address.

Updating Member Information
At any time you can update your information using this form and simply hit "Submit." Please let us know when you
change your email, address or phone number if you would like to stay current in the membership roster and continue to
receive SFJC emails. A quick message at the bottom of the form letting us know of which information you are changing
or are adding would be appreciated. You can also upload pictures and links for your roster listing.
